Calorie Cycling?

Does anyone here cycle calories? For instance, if it says I can have 1270 calories a day but I'm under one or more days, go over a little another day to reach it? Or in my case, what I like to do if I go over one day is go under the next or next couple if necessary. If I'm under I'm under, I don't stress. But if I'm over I try to make up for it to make sure I'm under the 8890 for the week.

Also, do you eat back what you burn? I never do. Just curious what others think about it. I feel like it's extra credit. If I'm under and I burn some doing exercise, I'll lose more. (I never go under 1200 calories a day so don't be alarmed.) I know some people feel like it gives them extra calories to eat back. but I'm not one of those.

Thanks!
