Arm exercises that don't overwork the chest?

Hi all,
I'm wondering if any of you out there can give me tips on upper body exercises that don't exert the chest muscles that much or at all. The reason I'm asking is last year I had surgery and part of the recovery process requires me to not use my chest muscles as much as possible. I want to start rebuilding my biceps and triceps though. I've just found it tricky to find a variety of work outs for my arms that won't use my chest.
Any tips?
Thanks!

I would suggest speaking to a physician or physical therapist familiar with your medical history about this. Taking advice from an internet forum could go more harm than good.0
