Hello everyone,
My name is Jackie from the Maryland area. I am 1.5 weeks into using this app and my lifestyle change. I'm looking for suggestions on different exercises the work on my belly area. I currently go to Planet Fitness 4 days a week.

I go to planet fitness too. The cool thingy is all cardio takes over weight evenly all over. Even if you're working your arms and legs its still shrinking your tummy too.0

Good to know. I do a cardio walk on the treadmill. Yep...I'm good and sweaty when I get off that machine. :-)0

I agree as the weight comes off it will come off in the stomach area. I know that is the last place mine comes off, but cardio combined with some weights will go a long way.0

You can't spot reduce. Lose weight, and your belly will shrink.
