Plateau’s are the pits!

I’m so stuck! I’ve lost 60 lbs since last May and was at a steady losing pace. Then the holidays hit, my exercise slowed down and eating increased (but only slightly and I still stayed away from carbs). I gained 6 lbs over Thanksgiving and Christmas.

I have since lost 4 of those 6 lbs and now I’m stuck at the same number for the past 3 weeks. I’ve been back on my non-carb eating, monitoring what I eat through MFP, and exercising 3-4 times a week, but I’m stuck! I’m going to try and change up my exercise routine, yet again. For now, I do 15 minutes power walking/jogging, then 15 minutes elliptical. I also weight train.

Any suggestions on getting past this? Or is anyone else stuck and needs support (as I do)? I think changing up the exercise routine might work as it has in the past. I have about 40 more lbs to lose and my 1 year mark of this journey will hit May 5.
