Revamping...need encouragement and commitment

Hey everyone. I've been a member of this site for a long time but have since fallen off the wagon. I'm ready to get back up, especially after some test results with a new doctor showing that I am at the max of the normal cholesterol meter and need to start a low-cholesterol diet right away. I've never had to diet before for any reason other than my own attempt at higher self-esteem, so I'm looking to connect with anyone that can share good recipes and habits to help me as I go down the path of food planning and getting into shape. I'd really like to make friends with a few others who are consistently doing little things to improve their lives so that I can brainstorm and chatter with them. I want to provide support to someone and be supported as well. I hope that soon I will have constructed a routine that helps sustain good feelings and progress.

    Feel free to add me. Our stats are about the same and I also lost 25lbs last year and gained a large majority back so I am giving it a second go around! I log on almost everyday.
