I usually won't make a big deal about it, but I have been working out everyday and eating well.
This year I have done little weight training..so I,m not going to say that it,s all muscle.
I just need to tell you guys about it because it's the weekend here and I don't want to go binge out off disappointment
I'm thinking , maybe I have been eating too much full fatt Greek yoghurt and carbs....
Gotta stick to this ! Push trough Mo! PUSH THROUGH!!!!

Two cups of water weighs a pound.
Weight can fluctuate five pounds from day to day. Keep track of your averages, don't sweat the small stuff0 -
Um...water weight.....Normal Fluctuations....a great deal of other factors.....
Weight loss is not linear. It is about a trend downward. Don't freak out over a 1 lb increase unless that starts to be the trend over 3 or more weeks in a row. Sometimes the scale just wants to mess with our heads.
If you *think* you are eating too much of something and you are not actively logging your food, you may be right. Log what you eat and move on forward.0 -
Could be water weight. Make sure you're drinking plenty of water.
Could also be poop weight. Being irregular and trying to lose weight sucks when weighing in.
Could also be that you're not weighing yourself at the same time each time you weigh in.
I usually weigh myself when I wake up, after I pee, completely naked.
Don't stress about it.0 -

weigh yourself the same time each day, preferably when you wake up, on an empty stomach, after you pea and naked. That will be the most accurate. As posted above, your weight can differ anywhere from 1-5 lbs, if you factor in what I just mentioned.
At the end of the day, don't stress about it! 1lbs is never a make or break0 -
Could be you just had a little more salt intake , Its just a minor fluctuation. I wouldn`t worry about it . You know you have been good, the scale will go down by morning or next.0

I weigh myself every day and plot it in excel. After a couple of months you will get to understand the way your weight shifts and moves up and down. My weight can go up 2 or 3 lb and drop that much. My goal is to follow my chosen level of weight loss and by plotting every day I can see that although my weight to fluctuate the general trend is very close to what I am aiming for :-)0

Pretty much I weighed on tuesday and was up FIVE pounds because of one day "off"
Fast forward to Friday, I am down 1 net pound, so 6 pounds since Tuesday.
Water retention, too much sodium, eating higher volume, etc etc all cause fluctuations and you need to focus on your month to month weight, not your day to day.0
