Eating below 1200 calories and starving mode

So recently I altered my diet to include a lot more vegetables, water and no red meats. As a result my daily intake of calories after dinner is 1,050 the app is telling me that I need to eat 1,200 calories a day to avoid starvation mode.

Problem is I'm full and don't want to eat anymore for example tonight for dinner I had a whole bell pepper, 1 cup of onions, 1 whole tomato, 3/4 once of shredded cheese, 2 tablespoons of sour cream and 7 ounces of boiled skinless chicken breast. The total after I punched everything in was 456 calories, and it was a gigantic bowl of food, easily close to a pound in weight if not more so I am full. Plus I drink almost 4 liters of water a day so I am out of space. Right now MFP is saying I should eat 2,090 to lose 2 pounds a week right now I have consumed 1,007 leaving me with 1,000 plus calories remaining

I've been eating like this for the past two weeks and have felt like I always have so could it be my body is going to crash or something or is my high fat content keeping me from this starvation mode thing? I'm not worried about getting a lack of vitamins every vitamin tracked on MFP is well over 100% each day, well I'm not isure about B it doesn't track that but I would imagine its high too. My diet is mostly vegetables now should I stay the course or force myself to eat more?

Thanks

Ed

to easily bump your calories up without a lot of extra food, I would say you need to add in some fats. As it is, your fats look a little low. Avocado, Olive Oil, Coconut oil, and nuts are all great sources of healthy fats. Consider taking fish oil supplements and/or adding flax seeds and chia seeds to your diet as well.

Fat is incredibly useful to your body to help your hair and nails grow & lubricate all of your joints, so it's definitely not a bad thing!
