No. With your height and weight, that is still way too little calories.

What has MFP told you to eat?

Also, read and follow the advice given in your previous thread.

    No.

And: do you want to KEEP playing basketball? NO.

ETA: instead of creating multiple posts asking can I eat this many, try reading this.

So eat the 2220 calories without exercise. If you exercise you add those extra calories on. If you burn 800 calories, for example, 2220+800=3020 calories. You would eat 3020 calories. That is the way MFP is designed.

Your NEAT is probably AT LEAST around 2300 (I'm one third your size and mine is around 1900)
minus 500 (for safe weight loss) = 1800
PLUS the 800 that you burn = 2600 calories

You're not understanding my reply. On days you DO NOT exercise, you would eat the 2220. On days that you do, you add your exercise burn to that number. So if you burn 600, you eat 2820. If you burn 800, you eat 3020. And so on and so forth.

At that size? Absolutely. Totally fine. Just make sure you're getting your nutrients.

However....eating at that level, you may run into trouble maintaining workout intensity.
