how do you log the 30 day shred?

They dont have the 30 day shred in the exercise options, how do you guys recommend that I log it?

    I usually put "Circuit training, general" for about 25 minutes

    Agreed. Circuit training. I'm also using this option for Jillian Michaels Body Revolution workouts, but I'm interested to hear other suggestions/options for interval/cross-fitty type workouts.
