Hello,
I'm a fan of tuna in oil, and can't have it in brine because it seems too dry and tasteless. I have a question.. are the calories of tuna on the nutritional information drained weight? or does it contain oil calories!!
Here is an example of a tuna I usually eat.. please help!

Thanks so much!!

Reading the website, I am guessing that it contains the oil because they advertise the quality of the oil. You will need to contact the company to confirm this, there is no way anyone here would know.0
