Hello New To The Board

Hello, trying to lose about 50lbs. I was a thin kid / adolescent. and extremely active. Over the past 8 years I've put on the pounds. I am looking to lose weight for physical and mental well being. I think documenting my eating / workout habits will keep me going in the right direction. This website is just one more tool to keep me mindful and accountable.
