Fairly new to MFP and ALREADY need inspiration...

Don't get me wrong...it has NOTHING to do with MFP for my lack of motivation. I'm sure most of you would understand my predicament of being filled with motivation , to have it slowly fizzle away. :indifferent:

I have been quite faithful with logging my food and exercise, these last 20 days or so...GOOD? Yes. (totally not saying that I've been eating well:ohwell: ) Truly for me, since I am one of the biggest procrastinators ever! LOL Another success I can be proud of is that fact that I have successfully exercised 4-5 days a week, since I've started MFP! The thing is...I think I need the motivation to steer me in the right direction to stay motivated with eating healthy and exercising more. I have gone through too many years of self neglect, that I have come to a point where I am just DONE with it. I never realized how in all those years I looked in the mirror, but didn't SEE me.

Now that I have SEEN myself, I am ready to accept what I have been so scared of for too long...and that is CHANGE! So, if anyone out there could send me pics, advice or even a cheer for motivation, I would truly appreciate it! And a BIG shout out to all who have achieved their goals and the ones who have chosen the right path to a healthier self! :flowerforyou:
