Have you noticed any improvements?

I didn't have issues with confidence before, but increased athletic ability has been fun.

(Just in case I need to say this, I do NOT wish to receive private messages with questions or comments about my sex life.)

While I may have more stamina - my ability is actually hindered a bit because my husband is as big as ever and he kind of crushes my now-smaller (and still shrinking) body and it is more painful than it was before. I have to spend half my brainpower on making sure I don't get injured, that really takes the fun out of things. I wonder if I got courageous enough to tell him that, if it would be motivating at all or if it would just demotivate him further?

I've been told I'm more fun now but I also get squashed more easily as I don't have so much padding anymore. I say, talk to your husband if you're uncomfortable and have fun experimenting with new positions!
