I havnt had soda in 3 days... Is it bad that just drank root beer canada 1 can?

    No. If your so worried about it drink Diet.

    1 can from time to time isnt going to kill you. People who say Aspartame is bad for you are uneducated.
    1600 cans before it becomes toxic... RESEARCH :)

    As long as you can fit it into your calories should be fine. If you have problems with sodium there are lots of sodium free options available now that are good.
