Hello! I'm new to this and I'm finding this tool to be exactly what I needed. I didn't even wait until Monday morning to start! LOL As a matter of fact the 1st day I signed up I had already eaten an unhealthy breakfast and lunch......and because I actually saw what I had done...I found it easy to have a slimfast from dinner. I was still over my recommended calories, but not near as much as I would've been had I not had this food diary. I've already told so many friends about the site; I hope they will join me on this path for healthy living.

    Yep. This tool is great. Thanks for encouraging me to join with you. It definitely encourages me to pay attention to what I'm eating (and how little exercise I am getting).
