Mio Pink Classic HRM problems

Does anyone have a mio Pink Classic Strapless HRM? I've had it for about a month. It quit taking my pulse rate/calories burned. The readout works so I don't think it is the battery. I will be calling them at lunchtime :(

    I heard that it sucks!!! the best one is the polar...there were many discussions about this brand and i actually ordered it, but ended up calling them to cancel it the same day....
