I'm new...ish. Started @ about 305lbs

I fell off the wagon for awhile because I picked up two jobs and now work about 80 hours a week, so I lost the ability to go to the gym I was going to...but now I am doing a free trial at a 24hr gym which will give me more options. I'm struggling seeing change in my body. In my mind, there's very little difference and I'm not sure how to overcome that. I know I FEEL better at least. I'm sitting firmly at 270lbs...the goal was 250lbs but I am going to try and take it further than that now.

I've cut soda out of my diet completely (with very very rare exceptions. MAYBE once a month, and never a whole can) and have pretty much removed fast food as well with the rare exception maybe once or twice a month. I was struggling with feeding myself for awhile as I adjusted to my new situation; I was relying a lot on processed foods like breaded chicken tenders and boxed meals for ease and speed so I gained about 10lbs back. :(

Looking for motivated and consistent people who can offer suggestions on my food intake and also my workout situation. I need to come up with a good variation of exercise to tone up and slim down. If anyone has any good resources for weight lifting routines, please let me know. :)
