since I am not from the states and know that many of you are, I am wondering whether somebody could give me some information or tell me their opinion about the University of Maryland, College Park? I applied for UMD and UT Austin (where I have lived as an exchange student before), so in case I have the choice, it might be helpful to have some more information about the Washington area.
