Calories Burned For Dancing At A Concert??

How many calories can you burn in a mosh pit?? I remember I went to Asking Alexandria concert and I lost around 7lbs for moshing for around three hours. But I'm about to go to a Bring Me The Horizon concert and I wanna how many calories I can burn then?? :bigsmile:

    Not sure at how many calories you'll burn, but remember that your weight loss after the concert would mainly be water/sweat! ha ha ha. spent many a happy/sticky hour in the mosh pit... if you're serious about finding the calories - just find a website that can tell you approximately how many you'll burn for x hours of "dancing".
