New here...again!

I've signed up a few times over the past few years but just can't seem to actually follow through with the logging of food and exercise. I'm giving it another shot and I hope it helps me curb my sugar addiction and gives me motivation to actually work out. I'm 41 (ughhh, hate even typing that out!) and need to lose 20-30 lbs. I used to be a pear shape my whole life, but I'm slowly turning into an apple with chubby legs. Help!! I need lots of friends to encourage me to log my food and exercise! I'll do my best to be encouraging, too!
