Feeling very motivated

Started MFP Jan 2 and already down 29 pounds. I did WW 2 years ago and lost weight but gained it back. I really like MFP because it does not cost money. This past week I lost 11 pounds I was so suprised because I have been battling a cold and havent made it to the gym much, but monitering what I eat can do so much.

    Great job! It's crazy how just changing what you eat will make a big difference. I haven't worked out much either, besides hiking a couple times and taking a little walk everyday, but have been eating well for about 16 days and I have lost 10 lbs! Mostly from monitoring my eating. Keep up the good work!

    Amazing loss so far keep up the good work. I find MFP so easy, for me it has been life changing.
