30 something, looking to lose 30 something.

I quit the gym this week. That probably sounds opposite of someone who is serious about weight loss, but with the gym, comes excuses. I live too far. I don't want to have to shower there. I have too much other things to do when I drive into town. And then I put off exercise completely... Luckily I have a garage with everything I need including cable and live in a fairly mild area with access to nature and walking trails.

I've been doing "meh" for the last week on my own. No weight lost yet, but I know I can do better. I need people to help me focus.

I would like to think I can lose 30 pounds by this summer. Not sure if that is a realistic goal though. (5'4"- 156 pounds)
