Hiya
im due back to see the nurse in April about the contraception pill and im scared she will complain about my weight not moving much if at all in the year But ive lost a whole dress size and a bit.
Help im happy that my clothes sizes are dropping just not about the scales. the nurse will complain about my BMI again

ppl always say it's about the way your clothes feel, well personally I want to see the scale say 130. I think you gotta do the best you can but you also have to put in the work, nothing that is worth anything is ever easy, just get motivated YOU CAN DO IT....0

I looked briefly at your post history and it seems to me that you are not really working the program. You seem to have had some success, but then stopped following it. Are you logging you food accurately every day? Do you weigh your solid foods and measure the liquids? I'm pretty sure that if you follow the program as designed on a regular basis you will likely start to show some nice progress by April. You may not be where you want to be, but you will be further ahead of where you are now. If I am mistaken about this, I am sorry. Just my thoughts. Good luck.0

If you want results, you'll have to put in the work. To me, 5 pounds and a dress size means you've made no changes. (At least you haven't gained though.) Five pounds could be any random fluctuation and a dress size could easily be due to vanity sizing over the course of a year.0
