We all know, working at a mall there is a dreadful thing called the food court.
Not only do I work at a mall I work directly beside the food court.
Anybody else have this issue?
I'm an emotional eater, but recently I've been in a positive mind set with strong will power and motivation.
Also been trying to bring a lunch/dinner to A) save money and B) eat healthier
But there are days where I'm busy and forget, get called in last minute, etc.
Usually I go to Subway or the healthiest option.
BUT, I'm worried about when I have a bad day. And not have so much will power.
Right now I've been making sure I have gum so when I crave I just chew gum.
And try really hard to just bring food.
Any tips and advice?

P.s feel free to add me to support and motivate each other!

Where I live we have what we call "mall walkers" they just make laps in the mall. When you are having a bad day you could walk during your break. That will probably help a great deal with stress too.
