When should I weigh?

So I realized that I always weigh more after I work out. How long should I wait to weigh after a workout and when should I weigh if I'm working out 5 times a week? (How often I can varies by what shift i'm working each week)

Try to weigh at the same time and under the same conditions each time.
I'm a daily weigher - so for me that means wake up, use the restroom, step on the scale.
If you want to weigh in once a week or every two weeks - doesn't matter, but if you can pick a day where you can weigh at the same time/circumstances, or close to it, that's best.0 -

^This. Your weight can fluctuate so much over the course of a day so it's much better to weigh at the same time.0
