starting to feel good!

i've passed through my first week of my workout schedule, and i am *finally* starting to feel good! the excercise felt good while it was going on, but as the day went through my energy level was zonked - and, of course, i was mad sore from just starting out. but i woke up this morning with no soreness in my muscles, and i could just feel that my energy level is back on the up and up! so yay! i was also feeling ravenous all day long every day, and yesterday i noticed that my appetite seemed to begin to wane as well. so i feel like i am starting to stabilize and adjust well to my workout goals. does that sound about right? about a week or so to adjust to a new activitiy level?

    It varies, but good for you if you've notice some positive change! Imagine after 3 weeks!! WHOOHOO!!

    That;s great! I loved it when I felt like my body quit fighting my changes. Now a month and a half I have no problem with my exercise or food intakes. Awesome for you! Gratz on your weight loss too!
