As we watch the Seahawks defeat the 49rs. Tomorrow...what healthy party food alternatives are you having?

I get all my football party snacks from hungry-girl.com
  • Sometimes when others are making homemade pizza for a football game I will choose my own less fattening pizza. I use English muffins with barque sauce and low fat cheese and turkey pepperoni. You can do different variations according to your taste. It may not be real pizza but it gives me enough satisfaction in taste especially when I compare the calorie difference!

    49ers gonna win.

You might as well not have any snacks, as you will probably cry on them and ruin them.

    Ok....no snacks then

I'll just order a case of champagne instead.

    Should be a great game.

Woot! Woot! Guess we need to plan some Super Bowl snacks! Here's a few ideas...

Chunky guacamole and whole grain tortilla chips- don't mash the avocado, chop it in to small pieces, mix with fresh salsa & chopped cilantro

Party wings baked with Franks hot sauce & ranch dip (use non fat sour cream)

Crock pot of turkey chili- my family can't taste the difference between hamburger & ground turkey

    veggie tray... obviously.

turkey meatballs w/ sauce on the side to dip (not drown!)

Pirates Booty, pretzels w/ mustard, or raw almonds instead of chips?

    Go Hawks!!!
