Trying to lose 70lbs.

To Everyone a fond hello. I've joined my fitness pal after reading about it and it seemed a good option to see how "Bad" I was really eating.
This site is amazing. As I log my Food I see Key Areas Where I Think I ate Well But the numbers are to high or the sugars are to high..etc...etc.. Now I can Under stand why After all the effort I'm not loosing anything. Many people advice to go and do the Gastric Bypass but that's not an option. Many other have the idea that Steroids are the quick Way. So many Pill options and so many take this and do that, I'm beginning to lose my mind. I'm unhealthy I've realized that but I am going to try to monitor my food intake and go to the gym in the morning because as a Stay at Home Dad due to a stroke I have to be there for the kids. Now I want to get healthier to be there longer..
So Here goes... ill keep you posted on my success...

Keep us posted for sure! We are here for you! I lost 150 pounds and have kept it off for 2 years, and although I used this site for logging my food and exercise, the program I utilized was Take Shape For Life.
