Been using this site for a couple weeks now to get an idea of my eating habits. I don't need to lose any weight really, just need to eat more healthy. Not getting any younger.
The gym is next. Need to shape up a bit. I play tournament paintball and my team has moved up to more professional league. Need to focus on injury prevention and speed.

Nice to see a fellow paintballer on MFP! I've been focusing on squats, front squats, calves, and dead-lift specifically for paintball, plus all the other usual lifts. I have definitely seen an increase in speed off the break, but also have helped substantially in sprint speed when sprinting from bunker to bunker.
Also, there are a few techniques Dynasty teaches for increasing breakout speed, accuracy off the break, snapping technique, among other things.
