TDEE and IIFYM

Just trying to make sure I'm using the best / correct figures.
In MFP, is the Calories Burned from Normal Daily Activity in the Diet Profile of my Fitness Goals section my TDEE?
MFP gives a figure of 1960.
I also looked at IIFYM, and it gave me a higher TDEE of 2152.
Which would I be better to use?
I'm thinking maybe MFP as it took into account my activity level which I have as sedentary as my work is office based.
Thanks.
