Ready to get over the plateau

Hi, this is my second day with MFP. My current goal is to be in the low 150's. Been chubby all my life, I reached 180 lbs in 2011, started working out a few times a week and got to about 160 lbs. I've stayed this weight for a couple years, and am ready to bust through this very long plateau. Currently doing Shaun T Focus T 25 finished my second week. Heard great things about MFP hope this works for me.
