I use OTC sleep aids. helps me a lot. although, i fear i'm entirely dependent on them now. very seldom am i able to fall asleep without them. but, i figure there are worse vices to have, and at least i get to sleep.

I've been taking melatonin for years and it helps regulate your sleep cycle. Take 1 3mg tablet 1/2 hour before going to bed. Try this for a week and if you're regulated, you can go off. We produce melatonin naturally until it begins to diminish from our 20's on. If you're older, like me, and produce little naturally, it can be a godsend. By the way, my doctor recomended it, and told my husband to take it too. I read whatever I can find on it. It has alot of benefits, so research it yourself.
