See your "streak" from the computer?

Hey I'm wondering if anyone knows how to (if it is possible), see your "streak" from the website when you log in on the computer. When I click the menu from my smartphone app it shows me how many days I've tracked, but I can't find it on the actual website.

It normally shows up in your news feed every five days you log in...that is the only way I know of on the site.
