Okay, TDEE is 2050. BRM is 1480. CW 155lbs. Height 5'9"
I eat 1600cals per day. (400cal deficit a day = 2800cal defcit a week
I burn from exercise 300cals X 5days a week = 1500cals burned a week.
I do a couple days strength training (moderate weight - say 10reps)
This would be a weekly total deficit of 4300 calories, therefore, I should lose a little more than 1 lb a week because it take 3500cals to lose 1lb of fat. But since I have 800 calories to play around with if i choose and if i do eat those 800cals or miss an exercise day im still going to lose that 1lb per week. Right?

calculators are only estimations.. unless you try it you won't know what your outcome will be. The Math may add up, but your body doesn't always follow math.0

Calorie counts & burns are estimates. Everybody's different, and weight loss takes a whole lot of trial & error to find what works for you.
