Does this make sense?

Okay, TDEE is 2050. BRM is 1480. CW 155lbs. Height 5'9"

I eat 1600cals per day. (400cal deficit a day = 2800cal defcit a week
I burn from exercise 300cals X 5days a week = 1500cals burned a week.
I do a couple days strength training (moderate weight - say 10reps)

This would be a weekly total deficit of 4300 calories, therefore, I should lose a little more than 1 lb a week because it take 3500cals to lose 1lb of fat. But since I have 800 calories to play around with if i choose and if i do eat those 800cals or miss an exercise day im still going to lose that 1lb per week. Right?
