I've been wanting to go fully raw for quite some time now. I follow blogs like Fully raw Kristina and the banana girl. And they eat Sooo many fruits. I love fruit but eating all of that sugar scares me. Sometimes my face tends to get swollen if I eat too much sugar or, salt.. I know 1 banana, has, like 18 grams of sugar and they they eat like 10-15 a day.. So I was wondering how much sugar is too much sugar?? I know that your body doesn't know the difference between fruit sugars and processed and refined sugars. What does all of that sugar do to your body??

What are your reasons for going all raw?

Here's the thing about raw foods. Yes, they contain nutrients that are lost in the cooking process, but cooking removes anti nutrients as well which allows your body to absorb more vitamins and minerals.

My 2 cents, mix raw and cooked.
