Help!

I'm 18 years old, 5'4, and 125 lbs. I want to be 115. I workout 3 days a week and I was wondering on days I don't workout, should I eat less calories? I eat 1400 on days I excersise? Should I eat that much every day?

    You are already within your healthy BMI, 115 is the lower end of your healthy BMI.
    ask the goal setter supplied with MFP.
    Don't go to low calorie wise cause you will just put it back on.
