Its been a long long journey and finding before pics was a taxing process considering i didn't want my picture taken when i was big. The first two are from 2011 and the last 3 are recent. I went vegan and started eating clean and then went back to vegetarian. Calorie counting has been invaluable to me because i would always overeat on typically healthy foods and never understood why i couldn't lose weight. Learning my calories taught me how to eat the right foods so that i wouldn't be hungry but i also could lose weight.

    I'm 5'9. Also i fogot to mention the first two i was around 250 in. I literally have no pictures from when i was my highest weight because i avoided it like the plague.

    You look fantastic and congrats on your success. I went on nutritarian diet (almost vegan) and it is just amazing. I lost additional 40 lbs after my low carb diet. Congrats!!!
