Surprising diet aid....

I'm on antibiotics for an infected finger and have to take them on empty stomach. Which means 1 hour before food or 2 hours after. So that's 3 hours when I can't snack mindlessly. Wouldn't recommend it, but it certainly helps me stick to it!

    I follow IF which means that for a bit the kitchen is closed to me. :p It really does help!
