Eat at a calorie deficit. Find some kind of exercise that you enjoy and stick with it.
Since you don't have a huge amount of weight to lose, I recommend that you set your weight loss goal at 1, or maybe even .5 lbs per week. Sure, it might seem slower, but you're more likely to stick with what you're doing and sustain loss in the long term.
Eat back your exercise calories! However, be aware that the general consensus is that MFP overestimates calorie burns. So, if you don't have a better way of tracking your exercise burns, what I have done is only record about 3/4 of the time of the exercise that I do.

Thanks
Actually I'm working out 5 times a week for about half an hour ^^ I record my calorie burn with my Polar FT7 which is pretty great since I always see how many calories I burn
I use Kettlebells for my workout which I do mostly before I go to bed ^^
