Hello all!
So Friday January 17th, I fell down concrete stairs and got injured pretty bad. Both of my legs, right foot, my right elbow and left wrist got pretty beat up. Luckily I didn't break anything, but as you can imagine this has put a holt on my working out. I was just hopping for so suggestions on what workouts are good for recovery, and after words. I know I don't need to do anything hardcore yet, but I'm just looking for something light for when I am able to start up with the workouts again.
I hope you all have a wonderful day!

Maybe a recumbent exercise bike adjusting the resistance as you heal?
Might just have to take some downtime!
Possibly pool workouts?0 -
I work with a former olympic athlete and he says pool exercises are the absolute best for the injured as it not only takes some of strain off the injured body part and it also works as a form of compression which is supposed to aid healing.0

Thanks for the advice! I wish I didn't have to take down time. I currently am forced to because I can't walk. I can walk, but it cause extreme pain, so I'm resting until I can walk with no pain.0

I got crushed by a horse in 2008, sounds like similar feeling body! I did physical therapy for a few years, but the first activities I did on my own were short (less than a half mile) walks, and 15-30 minute swims. You'll get better soon!0
