I've been tracking my calories on mfp for almost two weeks I thought I had lost 4lbs but weighed in on a bigger scale at boots and this says I have lost nothing , my scales are electric ones so idk which are correct since then not lost any more weight I'm eating about 1300 a day could someone look at my diary and tell me where I'm going wrong?
Thanks

Different scales are calibrated differently, and weight fluctuates day to day & throughout the day. All that matters is a downward trend on the same scale. Weigh yourself at the same time each week wearing the same clothes. Also take measurements & photos.

Edited to add that you need to make your diary public. Scroll down here: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/diary_settings0 -
Yep I started off weighing on three sepRate scales and all were different. Stick to one scale and weigh once a week, as your weight will peak and trough due to water retention. Etc.0

Yeah, definitely always use the same scale. Same time, same day of the week, same clothes (if you choose to wear clothes when you weigh; a lot of people don't!). Control all the factors you can to see true trends.
Also, your diary isn't open.0 -
Yep, if the scale you weighed yourself on first says you lost 4 lbs, then you lost 4 lbs (assuming that scale isn't faulty). Don't compare weights on different scales.0

Thank you, changed diary to public0

Your diary has way too many generic entries, and it's incomplete. Log everything you eat accurately & honestly. Weigh your food. Find accurate database entries. (There's a lot of junk data in there.) When you scan barcodes, double check them the first time against the label. Then you can add them from your recent or frequent list & know they're correct.
