I saw a recipe for a single serve cake. It calls for 2T cake mix and 1T ff vanilla yogurt. I cannot find calorie information anywhere and have no idea how to calculate that small an amount. Does anyone know the calories?

This is definitely an area where a food scale would be helpful--weigh and do a proportion. Simple.

What I would do (since I don't have a food scale, which is a situation I'm considering remedying) is calculate the number of tablespoons in a serving and divide.

Yogurt usually comes in 6oz cups. 6 ounces are 12 tablespoons. So 1 tablespoon is 1/12 of a serving, or 0.083 servings.

    Weighing is usually easier.

I get the "No Pudge" mix and it's made with yogurt. Single serve brownie mix and it's 121 calories per serving. So nice to have around for a quick chocolate fix and they are Yummy!

You can pick it up most anywhere.

I figured it out :) Guess I should've said that I didnt' have the cake mix or yogurt in front of me. I was trying to calculate from a package online to see if it was worth buying. Anyway, I bought it and made it...it was pretty good for a sweet fix.

I forgot all about the No Pudge mix, I had that years ago when I did WW.

I did not know how long it had been around. My niece just introduced me to it about 5 months ago.

Still, it solved the craving problem for me. :)
