OK, so I have now finally realised what all you US folk rave on about. Organic smooth peanut butter on toast with wild blueberry jam. Awesome snack :-) (on days when calorie allowance permits...)

    OK, next step: add whole fruit (or substitute it for the jam): sliced bananas, sliced apples, smashed berries. (or, go in a different direction and substitute bacon for the jam :happy: )
  • I did think a banana would work really well. Bacon....would be amazing!! But I supposeI should be finding foods that I'm less likely to crave and dream about lol!
  • That's breakfast for me at work, I keep a jar of natural PB and jam in the fridge.
