I've been creating a 250+ cal deficit every day from my TDEE and haven't lost an ounce. What is this about, I've been doing it now for 2 weeks

    Are you weighing and measuring and logging everything you put in your mouth?

    A 250cal deficit does not leave much room for error. My guess is that you are really not in a deficit at all.

    2 weeks is such a short time, a really short time.

    Also you could have water gain, or just normal weight fluctuations.

    ^^. Are you consistent. Are your calories all over? What about sodium? Drinking enough water? Could be a lot of things
