How Much weight did you lose before you hit a platue?
so far iv lost 46lbs total and this ismy second one. How can I get past it, how did you get past it?

    I lost 75 pounds and had a few plateaus. My longest was 3 1/2 weeks. If I didn't measure and see the inches dropping off, even though the weight wasn't, I might have quit.

    Moral of the story is: Measure, measure, measure!
