    I daily weigh (and totally happy about it cause I know it's just numbers than can and will flucuate). I know when my cycle is about to start I: stall stall stall GAIN GAIN whoooooooosh down to 3 lbs lower than the stall numbers. And if you are about to start, well you could definitely be bloated

    I've been getting frustrated too, scale is not moving, and tummy is still flabby. BUT, this is the time to NOT quit!!! We all can do it!

    Don't get frustrated!!! If you're working out, you may be developing muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat! Toning is important too! Do NOT let the Scale dictate your progress! Let your BODY tell you what progress you're making! The scale is just a number but when your clothes fit better - you have more energy - you keep eating healthier and don't let bad habits slip back in there - that all adds up to VICTORY!
