I actually asked this in the group forum but never got a reply so I guess I will ask here...
Did anyone get a little intimidated when first starting out? Like the workouts are going to need some of equipment, especially when you're alternating. Do you stake a claim in a certain area in the gym and do everything there or bounce around? Also, what do you do if some of the guys are hogging an area...do you wait until they leave and do cardio in the mean time? My gym is very small and gauging an un-busy time to go is not possible sometimes.
Also any advice for starting out would be much appreciated!
Thanks!
