Hubby and I just started the Body Reset 13 days ago and it seems to be working really great. Both of us have lost 7 lbs in 13 days. :smile:

    Thanks everyone. My profile picture was taken when I was 235 a year and half ago. Not the most flattering but I was with some really good lookin dudes (grandsons) so who cares. LOL

    Glad I found this website and am looking forward to logging daily and reaching my goal.

    Yes it is great that Pete and I are doing this together. He has COPD and the weight he gained over the 3 years since he quit smoking is just raising havoc with his breathing. He had to make the decision to do it and he finally did so we are another of the great adventures of our marriage.
