Net Calories - What If I Don't Reach Them?

I still have 370+ calories for today, and still haven't eaten the eggs and mustard on my food diary.
If I am not hungry, should I still make myself reach my calorie goal? Today was my off day, so the goal is only 1,200 calories (also, is this okay for 5'7" 206lbs?). What do I do if this happens on a day I do exercise?

Typically, 1200 is the minimum amount of calories that a woman's body needs in order to function properly. If you are not hungry, there is no need to force feed yourself. If you are intentionally not eating in order to stay under your net calories goal then that is a problem. 1200 calories is considered very low and many would advice you to eat atleast that much0

You need to worry about your calories over a period of time, not just the day. If you are consistently under then adjust.
I frequently eat less than my target calories on the days after I have ate over my target calories.0
