Hello all, does anyone know of a HIIT-friendly ipod app that I could download and try? I'm specifically looking for something that will track intervals with beeps, a flashing screen, music, etc -- 30 sec of max intensity, followed by a slow down, repeated by the max intensity again, that sort of thing.
I have a stationary bike that needs a good dusting off and I think it would be perfect for working in some HIIT.

I use "gymboss" for my HIIT workouts...you have the option of creating your own timers.

We've used the gymboss in our gym for heavy bag and other work for years. Recently I found the iphone app, did the happy dance, and rejoiced for hours! You can set intervals, and use the different beeps, and it's free.
